Shared Commitments Agreement

To provide for a sacred and tight container to hold each of us for the transformation in this shared commitment:
We Honor Our Commitment and the Container. Transformation begins with your commitment, your choice to be fully in. To honor Lisa’s contribution of her gifts and contribution and to create the tight container and solid stable place for transformation, payment is due as specified, there are no refunds, and you commit to showing up fully and on time.
We Honor the Privacy of Each Member. To foster the depth and rapid transformation of this soul work, and to honor each of the participants each of the undersigned agree to not use or disclose any confidential information of each other or any client. This shared commitment is for growth and learning, and as such personal insights and key principles may be shared. For purposes of this Agreement, therefore, Confidential Information means the personal shares of any program participant including Lisa attributed to any person as may be reasonably understood at the time to be considered Confidential or as specified by the discloser as confidential during the program.
We Honor & Respect Each Other’s Creations. The intention of each of our work is to foster transformation – and with that, spreading of the message is valuable. However, to fully honor the soul gifts of Lisa and each participant, we each agree not to use or disclose the key principles of each others teaching without appropriate attribution, including but not limited to Lisa’s stewardship of her proprietary terms of Vibrational Precision™ and Soul Attunement™. In addition, by agreeing to this text, you agree not to infringe any program participant’s or my copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. In addition, to maintain the potency for future retreats or programs, the specific flow of each program is considered trade secret of Lisa Berkovitz, and you agree not to dilute the experience of future participants through disclosure. By signing below, you further agree to honor the materials provided by Lisa as copyrighted materials and as such you agree not to reproduce, distribute or sell such materials without prior written consent.
We Take 100% Responsibility. Everyone who enters this container is already a master with your own answers and your own soul’s blueprint. I trust that each of us will be given what we need, whether or not it is what we imagined, and I commit to working with you with what shows up. In that context, your participation in, and application of, the content of the program is 100% your responsibility. We are co-creating this experience and, as such, it is a call for you, and you are committing to, bring you and your desires and needs into the program. The results of the program for you are a direct reflection of your personal interpretation, your journey, and your willingness to fully engage with the material -- your dedication, desire, and motivation. I have made every effort to accurately represent the Retreat and its potential. By signing below you also agree that there is inherent risk in participating in this program, and there is no guarantee that you will experience a specific result as result of your participation.
We Honor Each Other’s Presentation in the World. To bring my soul work into the world fully, by agreeing you also indicate that you understand that, should this be a physical event like a retreat, photographs and video footage will be taken at this program which may be used in the future for promotional purposes by me. To honor your image and public presentation, you will be afforded an opportunity to review and approve of images before they are made public. And with that consent (or your failure to reply your concerns within the time specified) you acknowledge that:
I agree that Lisa Berkovitz may use such photos and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose that is in alignment with the context of the Retreat and my work, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.
We Choose and Consciously Step Into this Sacred Container. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
I have read and understand the above.
And by agreeing you are now in the container. Thank you for choosing to step in fully. This Agreement and container is the masculine structure with clear parameters that will allow for a higher degree of flow. We now have the solid container from which to explore our freedom. Thank you for entering this sacred pact – with me and with yourself. Honor it.
